Will a redhead who is full of herself and a full moon ruin his life again?
Former Navy SEAL Jaxson Thomas left the teams in disgrace to save his squad from being dragged through the mud with a JAG investigation. He never thought he'd have to leave his civilian job after the teams, as an operator with Deep Six Security, in the same way, but that's exactly what happened. He's now a freelance bounty hunter, but Deep Six wants him back for a special mission. Their client, a federal judge in DC, will only accept the protection of a Navy SEAL.
The head of the new Deep Six east coast office makes Jax an offer he can't refuse, but he finds out quickly he should have when he meets his protectee, Frumpy Fallon Sharpe, the woman directly responsible for his exit from the teams. A woman he wanted to kill himself at one time, but would now have to protect.
The very last thing Jax expected to feel upon seeing Fallon Sharpe again was attraction, but somehow her frizzy red hair had smoothed, her thick glasses were gone, and her flamingo legs had toned and ended somewhere near her ears. The only thing that hadn't changed about her was her waspish mouth and attitude, which had evidently put her in the sites of the east coast mafia.
Now Jax was commited, so he couldn't back out, but he refused to let Fallon Sharpe, now Judge Sharpe, ruin his life again. The question was would East Coast Willie end both of their lives when he is distracted by the sexy redhead under a full moon, and his assignment turns into a Charlie Foxtrot of epic proportions?
